How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on all UK orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lorecia.com.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different style or colour, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange the exchange for you.
Who pays for return shipping?
For UK returns, we provide a prepaid return label. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method.

Our vegan leather is a high-quality, cruelty-free alternative to traditional animal leather. It's durable, soft to the touch, and designed to age beautifully over time — without any animal products.
How do I care for my Lorecia bag?
- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or marks.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat.
- Store in the dust bag provided when not in use.
- Avoid contact with dark-coloured fabrics that may transfer colour.

Yes, every Lorecia handbag comes with a branded dust bag for safe storage.

Is my payment information secure?
