Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us at contact@lorecia.com to request a return. If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: items returned to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted. For any questions, our team is always happy to help at contact@lorecia.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong piece, contact us immediately so we can put it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Sale items and items purchased with a discount code marked "final sale"
• Gift cards
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Personal care goods

If you have any questions about a specific item, please get in touch before returning.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return the original item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must still be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't seen it, contact us at contact@lorecia.com.
